We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Digital Experience Manager who thrives on using data-driven strategies to spearhead the planning and optimization of dynamic digital consumer campaigns across our owned channels.

Working closely with our diverse and dynamic cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless campaign execution and lead the development of data-driven triggers and personalized consumer journeys.

The role reports to Digital Marketing Director and is a part of the Central Marketing Team.   


Responsibilities:
 
  • Plan, implement, and optimize digital consumer communication across owned marketing channels.
  • Design audience strategy and build customer segments in collaboration with Performance and Analytics colleagues.
  • Drive the development of data driven triggers and personalized consumer journeys across all stages of the customer lifecycle, utilizing consumer data insights to create targeted and relevant messaging.
  • Implement lead generation tactics across multiple channels, including email marketing, website, and social media, aiming to increase firsthand data acquisition.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across both central and regional marketing teams, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
  • Specify necessary content for the communication.
  • Monitor and follow the consumer journey through the marketing platform to ensure a holistic approach across channels.
 
The ideal candidate has a proven track record from consumer relationship management, excelling in enhancing consumer experiences and engagement. You possess a solid understanding of lead generation data and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO. Experience with digital marketing practices, A/B-testing and Optimization, E-commerce is also highly valued. We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field, fluent in English, both written and verbal.

The position is based at Ekornes offices in Sykkylven, Oslo or London. Frequent travel to Sykkylven is required if located in Oslo/London.

The HQ is located in the beautiful Sykkylvsfjord, surrounded by mountains and in proximity of the city Ålesund, many commutes from Ålesund on a daily basis. 

The region is famous for its opportunity to enjoy any outdoor sports and activities with snowy winters and west coast summers. Ålesund offers an international music scene, a varied cultural scene, restaurants, bars, clubs, stores and more.
